Haven't posted for a long while due to a busy job, but am aware that H&R has stopped manufacturing. Are they still making repairs on existing rifles? I've tried calling the repair number several times and have always given up after a very long hold. Left my number on the call back list, but have gotten no call backs. Anyone know what's up. I believe my hammer spring is broken, and need to get it fixed. Don't feel confident enough to make the fix myself.

. . . . to authorized service centers. :(

i can tell you this frown up here ^ ^ ^ ^ is there for a really good reason.
i wouldn't send anything of mine to a service center again, not after the
one time i did. maybe it'll be different in your region, but i have a bad taste
that won't go away for a very long time if ever. i had good work done at the
factory before they closed up, but that's long gone.

Look in the FAQ's for perkolos trigger work and see the take down, Its really NOT difficult using the slave pin.

Wolffe makes a extra power spring that you should be installing anyway.

We can help too!

if i tear one of mine apart this goes back in instead of the factory job.
i've at least learned that in my time here.
i have another 5 pack on the way already, but haven't seen any sign of them yet :(
