Nice. Pretty girl too. I wish my wife liked to hunt.

Then again it sure is quiet in the woods. ;D

+1 Some do it to get together, some to get away. I taught my wife to shoot, she doesn't want to hunt.
I dodged a bullet there, so to speak. :)

When I was going with my wife I taught her to shoot. She even when hunting with me when she was the age of the young lady in the pitcure, but that has been many years ago and it`s been many years since she has been hunting, about 33 years if I rember right.

Very Nice! ;) I'm planning on calling **** this season. Is fur prime now or does it get any better when it gets colder? I went upstairs a while ago and had to come back down. It seems noisy up there- Oh they call that talking. ;D
BUT CONSTANT ::) She is a good cook! ;) H.T.D.

You say he was interested? Did he come to you or did you just see him moving around?
I heard you can get them in the mood to fight. I had some **** sounds put on my caller. Wondered how ready I should be ;D

Big varmint,
I have found that ***** will generally do one of 2 things when calling for them. They will either climb a tree to see what the ruckus is all about. Or they will charge the call. Usually males will do this. It's a territory thing. When they go into there mating season, the boars can get quite PO'd at the sounds of other ***** fighting in their areas. I would say that 80% of the time, I find them looking in the trees looking at the direction of the call. However, when you do get one to charge, it's quite an adreneline pumper.

As far as the fur prices goes, I'm not in that market. I hunt the ***** then give them (fur still on the carcass) to a friend that sells them to fur buyers. I'm in it for the population control, helping the turkey pops, and doing skulls for those that want them.
