[Mullet]

Anyone have the .280 with 26" barrel in the NEF Handi Rifle. Thinking about ordering it but have no experience with the .280.

Howdy, I had one , Reallly fond of it. It would real sweet (1/2 to 3/4)
with Hornady 139s. Sold in a senior moment.lol. And bought a M77ss
Blah! Sent my reciever & stock to H&R to have .280 bbl fitted.
As they say in the islands "Soon Come" In my experiance .280s
do bout any thing you need a7mm for. And burn less powder
doing it!

I've got a 280, 26" barrel with a synthetic stock that I've had for almost a year. It took about 100 rounds before the barrel setteled down, but now shoots under 1" with most loads. Can't beat it for a $200 rifle.
