Venison recipe, 4 pork chop sized chunks, coat with a dusting of ground pepper on both sides and dump enough apple juice to cover meat and cook. In my pressure I bring to pressure and cook for about 4 minutes.
Bird recipe, I have only used on chicken. Dice up a whole green pepper and however much onion you care to. Dump in a whole bottle of whatever BBQ sauce you like. In mine I bring to pressure and cook for 8 minutes.
These will vary by meat type and cut, just so it is not too rubbery.
