I bothered you guys a few months back on the old forum about a baikal single shot rifle. Well, go to European American Armory's website and you 'll see them. There are two, one is a double-rifle side by side, and the other is a single shot. Click the icon on long rifles and don't drool over the pictures of barely dressed women holding firearms! There are two good looking versions of the single shot rifle. One has a scope rail and one has iron sights. These are good looking rifles built by Baikal and are going to be pretty hot, at least I think. And the different availability of calibers is impressive. I called a dealer today and he said the gun was on the list, buy showed no quanties. Which is progress, since no one I talked to knew what the hades I was talkin about. We are getting closer to the export of this rifle. I hope it has a nice price tag attached to it. Also, fellows I love the NEF too, buy could we please more posting on the rossi combos. I would just like to know my options. Yall take care. I would really like some feed back from the old timers or anyone who can shed some light on this gun. I figured if enough of us got together and showed some interest in this firearm, maybe we can make some progress.

I'd like to see some compare isn (cant spel tonite) posts on the Rossi and the nef myself. I think i want a nef 223, or 243. I might opt fer the 243 cause it's legal on lions here. 223 is only good fer coyoteand rabbits here.

There will also be a new Farquharson single on the market this year. Searcy (famous for the double rifles and DG bolt actions) will be introducing their new offering at the SCI show in Reno. Probably way out of my price range, but I bet they are going to be nice.
