I was thinking trying to call fox this year. Can anyone tell me where I can sell the hides(if I get any) in Lebenon Co. Thanks.

I can't help you up there in Lebenon Co., but you could try calling around some of the local small gun shops. Those guys could probably hook you up with someone who would buy your pelts.

Good luck to you!

BTW, there is an excellent forum just for PA hunting http://www.huntingpa.com/ Go to the "Message Boards" and in the "varmit post" there is a few guys that post there that can provide you with a bunch of good info on hunting fox in PA. Where to go, what calls work the best 'n such.

Thanks for the link. I'll have to take time to look through it better. I thought of calling the gun shop, just never took time to do it yet.

Plenty of fox in lebanon county. Give the state gamelands around Middlecreek game preserve a try. Get to shoot some fox and **** and help out the ducks and geese at the same time. The owner of daryles gun shop does some varmint huntin. Bob enck at encks gunbarn may know someone too. I miss that area. Encks gunbarn, daryles, richland shooters, and shydas. Heck the first three are all within ten minutes of each other.

Thanks, I was looking at the map of the Middlecreek area. With the amount of birds that place has, there has to be a fox or two there. I was thinking of going back over to Richland anyway. I was going to talk to them about trading my HMR for a .204. I just saw an add in the paper for Enck's.

bob enck is a great guy to deal with. i do 90% of all my firearms business with him. he has a lot of information to offer. he should be able to at least tell you who to talk to about selling hides. you also could check out his site at www.encksgunbarn.com
