My plan is to purchase several colors and color code my bullets for different pressures and hardness's.

As it says in post #2 above, Smoke will send you three 1/3 pound bags, each a different color, for the price of one pound.
1/3 pound will coat an awful lot of bullets.

just out of curiosity, what bullets are you planning to PC?

I have all LEE molds .501 440 gr. , .457 405 gr. .452 300 gr., .430 310 gr. All gas checked except for the .457 all wide nose flat point. My lead is around 15 BNH . I am only using this lead on 45 colt,44 mag and maybe 454 casull. My next batch I will need to bring up my BNH for other calibers like 444 marlin,45-70,450 marlin, 460 and 500 s&w.

one advantage of PC over conventional lube is that you are able to go with a softer bullet alloy and still avoid barrel leading.
