I usually charge my phone every night while I'm asleep. Usually works great. Some days when phone shows full charge it goes dead all of a sudden? I mean completely dead, have to charge all night again to get it working, New battery, new charging cord and plug?
Anyone else have this issue?

I think the 5's are built tanks
Look into the trouble shoots above
Call Apple they are pretty good at English
Last time the techs are here in the USA
You also don't have to wait a year for a real person
You can also schedule a call

I've never had a problem with an Apple product not one. I had a 4s for years and I put it through h e l l on the job. Now I can't say that about Samsung, that was a POS and it was hardware issues even AT&T finally admitted they were having problems with them after three warranty replacements.

I never had the 5s, I had to go with the 6s after a year long nightmare with the Samdung Galaxy garbage.
I wished I had just kept my 4s, and this 6s is just as rugged as my 4 was.

Ill stay with my Mac, I get on the wife's windows lap top and it's like I'm in the Stone Age. Even she's going Apple after getting her new IPad, so is my sister. If Chevron and Halliburton both are switching over to Apple/Mac that should tell you something.
