Question about Weatherby Scopes

I just bought a German made Mark V that came with a variable 2.5-10 (I think) Weatherby scope. Scope has two turrets on top. It appears that the windage and elevation are adjusted in the same turret and the other seems to be a focus adjustment. If that is not correct, please enlighten me. I would also appreciate information on the quality of this scope, who manufactured it etc. I cannot imaging Weatherby putting an inferior scope on their rifles, but have no experience with these scopes.
