I just picked up a barrel on auction that is missing the rear sight - this is a 22LR round 10" barrel. Is there any difference in the rear sights as far as mounting or height? Just getting back into Contenders. Had one 30 years ago and never should have let it go!

Thanks,
Dan

Thanks - from this it looks like there are three different heights of rear sight - I would say the barrel I am getting would be the bull barrel and it is a 22 so that looks like I need a low rear sight. I have found quite a bit on the front sights but this is the first I could find that told me anything about rear sights - Thanks!
