Remington Scoremaster Model 511

Remington guns manufactured between 1921 and 1972 have a two or three letter code stamped on the left side of the barrel. This code indentifies the month and year of manufacture.

If you post the letter code I can probably find out when it was made.

I have a M511 made in 1953 and I really like that particular .22.
