I returned one years ago and received a new one shortly.
Was this your fault or SSK's? Irregardless talk to JD like you have some sense and you will have no problem. He won't take any crap. Just call and state your problem. I am sure you will be taken care of promply.

Lets see how this goes. Lets say you really have a problem with a SSK product. You call YES you are MAD and yes Customer service says I am SORRY please send the offending part back so we may make it right.
IF and IF you were wrong and the problem was yours? then they say WE are SORRY sir This is why it happened.
If it is SSK fault they say I am SORRY sir I will be more than happy to make it RIGHT.
YES for the price paid for a SSK barrel THEY WILL take some crap from a Dissatisfied customer.
If NOT I will NEVER purchase another.
Customer service = Taking some crap at times.
Call him and tell him your problem. Will be nice to find out about His Customer service.

THOMAS:: When I said he would take no crap I meant if someone calls and starts raising cain immediately I would say JD would put them in their place. Can't blame him for that. There are alot of people that go off immediately and I would not take it myself. Decent people work together. There are a lot of horses rectums that purchase items from stores and shops that are nothing but pure bile when trying to deal with them.
It is always better to start out mild and then get tough as the need arises instead of the other way around.
Just my opinion but I think SSK is wonderful to deal with as I have many times.
