:? has anyone tryed or have any info. on Rock Island 45's there are 2 at a local gun shop they look and feel good almost a little to tight.But I haven't fired one or know anyone who has.I know you get what ya pay for (sometimes) anyone got any info???

Rock Island 45s

Mike: I have only seen them advertised in the Shotgun News but they look good. There was also a write-up on them in the Gun Tests magazine and they rated very well. No problems and accuracy was on par with a military 45. Should be a good deal at the right price. Hope this helps. Mikey.
