Single Shot 22

Haven't seen the #1 in a 22 lr but have seen the Browning low wall in it. Nice but expensive.

Sam........
I have heard that the entire lineup of H&R Singles are great and inexpensive. They make a one in .22 shrt, long, lr, and another in .22 Mag. rimfire in std. and youth models. They also have the new .17cal rimfire that everyone is going bonkers about.

There's a Daniel Fraser copy 22LR for sale at GunsAmerica that I've been eyeing for a long time now. It's overpriced and has been on the site for a while. It's the only Farquharson type falling block rimfire 22 I've seen in a number of years. I'd sure like to have it, but cannot justify the nearly $900 wanted for it.

I have waiting for the day Ruger would offer the No.1 A in 22 or a scaled down version of the No.1 in 22. It would definitely get my vote as the most wished for addition to their lineup. I'm not sure what sales would be like for them, though. Maybe we could talk Davidson's into requesting that for a special run. Ruger seems to listen to them.
