Its snowing again in the Berkshires. Boy, what a winter. There isn't going to be a deer or turkey left in New England after this winter. I've been taking some rides checking things out, I haven't seen a deer or a turkey in weeks.

Snowing here in Western NY today. The crust has been so hard on the snow that i don't see how the deer or turkey can dig through it to feed. I haven't seen a deer of turkey in 6 weeks. Looks like a lot of food for the yotes and fox this year. :(

75 sounds darn good. I just came back from feeding the chickens and its about 10 degrees with a 30 MPH wind. I can't wait for spring.

We have some deep snow here in central NH, too. Not as bad as the winters of 3-4 years ago but enough that I'm worried about the deer and turkey populations.
