Not going to call this stainless steel but it did come from an all silver finish gun. So according to Tim's post from below, this would be a nickel frame. Excellent condition.

Just an FYI, the only stainless frames made would have an HY or CBA (2008>) serial number prefix, HJ was made in 1995. The 2008 catalog still lists the stainless Handi in 223, 270 and 30-06, nickel frames, SS barrels, they were discontinued in 2009 or 2010. The all stainless thumbhole Ultra 45-70 (444 also made but not cataloged) was last listed in 2013, not in 2014.
