We usually have 3 feet of snow on the flat by now and theres lucky to be 5 inches. even the side roads are bare. Never seen a winter like this.

Not that unusual a winter here. Have had several 8' snows which is more than the last few years but temps have been in the single digits for a while now.

I'm in the UP of Michigan. We usually have a lot of snow by now. Very little snow, I have only had the blower out a couple of times. I am not complaining, in 1995 we got almost 5 feet in three days in December, they had to call out the national guard.

Here in Western Pa. Early in Dec. we got around a foot, than another snow of about 5 inches, but since then its been rather mild. Today was mid 40's, and the extended forecast doesn't show any highs below 32 degrees. The prior two years I didn't even have to put my plow on the quad. This year I have plowed twice so far.
