My son got this deer just after sunset and by the time we got to it and loaded on Mr Goat it was pitch black. He carried it about 1/2 mile back to the car like he was riding by himself. We have done it before but it is no fun gutting a deer in the dark by flashlight :) :) . I didn't see a single deer. Did see 15 to 20 turkeys, several nice sized red squirrels, and a bunch of blue jays an cardinals. Wore me out, but a great day. If the weather is decent, next Saturday we plan to hunt something a little easier to get out of the woods--pheasants for Thanksgiving.

Congrats! I think I need to come visit and take Mr. Goat for a spin. :)

Thanks, Dinny

Dinny, that can be arranged. :) :)

fiveshot, I know what you mean. My son was hunting near our property line and that deer ran over into the neighbor's property a few yards. We had to drag it back to our side because of the barbed wire fence on the property line. Wore out both of us getting it over the rough ground and through thick saplings.
