If you are looking for black powder in Virginia, there is a seller near Winchester at Fort Shanandoha (the location for the N-SSA Nationals, try www.n-ssa.org for details). You could also try the website www.elephantblackpowder.com. They have Swiss powder and Cannon grade powder.

What size of friction primers do you need? I manufacture friction primers and could manufacture them in very small sizes and with light necessary pull force...
