Comes with 2 adapters,1- 6 inch 410 and 1 - chaszel - 18 inch 44magnum/44 special. at 50 yards using the reflex sight the 44 magnum will consistantly shoot 3inch groups-I have not tried 12 ga slugs - but believe they would shoot approx, the same. Turkey shot using #8 shot consistantly kills paper target turkeys.(they don't move around too much)
