Does anyone know if laminated wood stocks are available for the T/C Black Diamonds? The synthetic stock is ok but I prefer laminated. Also, I'm considering getting either a Winchester 150 50 cal BP or an T/C Omega. Anyone have any experience with these? Thanks...RW

Ravenwolf, I don't think T/C puts out the laminate for the Black Diamonds but ??

I have two Omega .50 calibers. One is for sale or trade. It's blue with gray laminate stock. The one I'm keeping is ss/synthetic. Wound up with two because of the short-supply situation and what I thought was a good opportunity. Another fellow bought the blued gun, shot it about 20 times and then sold it to me with Leupold QR base, rings, Trophy shotgun scope, and an extra laminated stock (which I'll be keeping). He simply decided he preferred a traditional muzzleloader. The rifle is mint. The only wear was on the ramrod and I swapped that for the new when the ss arrived. Never even shot the blued one. Have all the stuff it comes with still sealed, box and shipping box.

Just thought I would let you know. ;)

I've no experience with the Winchester but have yet to read a negative comment about that rifle. Most owners seem to really like them.

Have not seen a laminated stock but the walnut stock on the Firehawk may be a possibility. I found the same on my Knight BK92, where the rifle is the same and fits in the Knight MK85 stock. I think the Black Diamond and the Firehawk to be almost identical except the Black Diamond has a removable breehplug, and comes set for #11, musket caps, or 209 primers. I had to buy a 209 kit for my Firehawk to shoot 209's.
