Temperature for Medium Rare Venison
Jay, I haven't personaly checked this for myself but I was browsing through a butcher supply catalog and they had one of those meat thermometers listed that showed the degree of doneness along with temperature. Well, with the assistance of the handy dandy magnifying glass it would appear that the internal temp is gonna be around 150 degrees.
