We are taliking about big species here, elk, moose, and bear.

The mighty 30-30 held the Griz record for a lot of years. Not that I'm recomending that.
Lots of Moose camps still carry the 30-30, and the 35 rem as standard.
I know elk have fallen to it too.
Ethical?
Where would you shoot them?
How close?

The Inuit people have a reputaion for thier shooting skills. Well deserved, or so I hear. I'd love to hunt up there, maybe I'll win a lottery or something eh?
