Thinking about the Sleepy Creek #1.5's with offsets for bobcat and red fox around here. Have most had good experience with these?

Hope everyone had a good Turkey day :)

Thanks

I won't comment on brands, but I would not be setting 1.5s speciffically for cats. Their paws and habits call for a larger trap; in my opinion. I have caught cats in small traps by accident and yes they held once or twice. I know that there will be trappers who will swear by them. You'll have to make up your mind, and while you're thinking on it ask yourself which is more cost effective; a 1.5 all modified and a few extra lost cats and educated yotes or some number 2 or 3 coils or 3 and 4 double longs (offset all).

 Hey Peevie, I am using S.C. 1 1/2 reg. jaw traps this year, and I love them. Offset should work well too, but I am using them for coon also, and need reg. jaws for them. Great Trap!
