torque wrench
I have one that I ordered from Harbor Freight a few years ago for that purpose. It was not very expensive I think maybe $30 or so. I am not sure if they have a website or not as several people at work get a catalog from them so I have never tried to look them up on the web.
I would have prefered a torque screwdriver for this but the only ones of those I could find were really expensive.
