Guys, be careful out there

From another website.

"We just learned that Avery Pro-Staffer Josh Leger was tragically killed yesterday while hunting in his home province of Quebec. Details are sketchy at this point, but apparently someone in an automobile fired a rifle at his decoys hitting Josh in the head."

this is sad......we should stand up or wave if we think there is a dangerous situation approaching. I guess this sort of thing doesn't happen too often, but obviously does happen.I've had vehicles stop on the road and look at my decoys before, but I never thought of something like this happening.
Guess maybe now I'll think more about it. :(

We were hunting a snow goose spread in Arkansas about 15 yrs ago and had a truck pull up and stop. The guide told everyone to stand up and wave their arms we did and the guy in the truck waved or flashed his lights I don't remember for sure but he was going to shoot at our decoys. I can see how that can happen. In Arkansas farmer hated the geese as they could wipe out a wheat field in a matter of hours. They drove around and would shoot at them to scare them off.
