You will be happy with any of those three. All are top of the line and very accurate. One advantage of the Omega over the Knight is you can easily load the primer directly into the Omega. With the Knight you have to use the disc. The Knight has an adjustable trigger, some guys wish they could adjust the Omega trigger, most are very happy with it. I can't see spending the extra money for the Encore unless you plan to get the interchangable center fire rifle barrels for it. Go to a good gun store and see how these feel to you as you shoulder them up. That should be your main determinant in choosing among these fine rifles.
