Nope, the SB2 10ga frame internal dimensions are different to allow for the larger barrel swell and is also heat treated investment cast alloy compared to cast iron of the SB1. A standard barrel can be fitted to a 10ga frame with a little effort, not ideal, but it's been done, but not the other way around.
