This Deer was taken Nov. 2, 2001 here in KS. I waited three weeks watching him waiting to ambush him with that one perfect shot, the 125 grn. snuffer done the job he traveled 45 yards after being shot.
he scored 175 I sure wish he had not busted off a tine from each side as is he is a 7x6.

Very nice buck. My biggest was my first. I walked up on a bedded down 8-point with my recurve. Not as big as your bruiser but tough to drag.

My largest deer was a 10 pointer, 240 lbs. (standing weight) and 191 lbs. field dressed. I shot him with a 64" Assenheimer custom recurve that's 56# @ 28". He was 12 yards away and the 2213 shaft, tipped with a 2 blade Wolverine passed through both lungs.

He fell within my sight.

Largest Traditional Bow Deer

I took this buck in NW Kansas two years ago. Hunted him in a blizzard and finally crawled into some brush and waited until he came out of a creekbottom to chase some does. Double lung, 6 steps with a homemade longbow, cedar arrows and Zwickey Eskimo head. 8 Point, 200lb.
