well we hunt them just like anything else whenever we can. But the time of day I do most of mine is usually in the mornings, I just like to get out and get in a couple hours in usually sitting in one of our perminate deer stands while watching deer activity b-4 deer season opens and then after it closes we generally go back to hunting the yotes again. I have a couple tapes but I would rather use a wounded rabbit mouth call and then just glass the surronding area watching for them. Last year our game and fish dept raised our cal. from .25 up to .30 cal. so alot of guys are using the deer rifle for double duty and liking it. Ive mainly stuck with the standard of 223 and the 22-250 but have taken one at 350 yds with 120 gr. hp 7mm08. BTW this is in Ar. should be abt. the same in Tenn. JIM
