Good question. The real answer may require a phone call or e-mail. The current TC Arms website promotes their youth sized firearms in various models, including the G-2 Carbine. They say to tell your dealer to order said Carbine with the "Bantom" length stock. However, their stock options for ordering only include the standard length models in wood and synthetic. Old youth length stocks for the Contender used to show up fairly frequently on e-bay and other sale sites. I think the youth model was 1 1/2" inches shorter than standard. A lot of us, myself included, used to feel like the standard length Contender Carbine stock was pretty short, even though the tape measure showed it to be standard length.
