I purchased an 11" long 20 Gauge to .357/.38 Special adapter from Chaszel.com.
It is beautiful. Excellent machining and fit.
Also, they give you references on how to choose the optimum barrel length for the caliber of your choice. (.357 optimum speed is between 11" and 12").

Won't be able to test it until the local ranges open again or I travel long to Okeechobbee Shooting Range which is open.

There are a few tricks to make them more accurate.

1. The insert needs to have a cutout or recess in the rim to bypass the ejector. Once the insert is in the barrel you don't want to have it removed after breaking open the barrel between shots. Ideally the insert should never move or rotate between shots. If there isn't a cutout in the insert rim to disable the ejector you can install one using a file or grinder. You just have to remove a little more rim than the width of the ejector.

2. O rings at the forward end of the ejector hold the insert inside the barrel. Using different sizes or O ring positions can help you get a tight fit.

3. Use moderate pressure loads or magnum/ rifle primers to keep the large diameter shotgun firing pin from cratering the primer. Low pressures or thicker primer cups may be needed.

4. Keep the chamber clean. Your finger nails are your manual extractor so if you cannot pick your brass out with your fingers then clean and or polish your chamber.

Follow these tips and you can make your insert shoot very well out to 100 yards.
