Here's my favorite Encore barrel, 50 Alaskan from SSK. It's a 24" heavy barrel with fish gill arrester. It shoots like a dream. I really enjoy shooting cast bullets. I like the 580 grain WFNGC, 635 grain LFNGC and the 700 grain WFNGC. The 635 grain LFNGC will do 1800 fps.
