I got my Bullberry barrel today. Possibly one of the last 3. As I understand it, Troy will work on refunding others owed. I think he will. I now believe him an honest man, caught up in a bad position. Pray for Troy and be as patient as a man can. I waited approx 2yrs 9 months. I’m happy now and have no ill feelings. It is what it is.

I was one of the other 3 that got his barrel. If you ordered a barrel expect to get a call next month to verify your mailing address. He stated he would be mailing out refunds to everyone in November. He did finally come through though much later than stated. My barrel does look great.

Hi KYODE. I am happy you finally got your barrel and thanks for the picture. The barrel looks great. May I ask you how to get in contact with Troy ? I tried the usual email and phone number but that is long gone. I tried his personal cell phone number but someone replied and said " THIS IS NOT TROY DON'T TEXT ME AGAIN ! Any contact info would be appreciated as he owes me 619.00 for a deposit on two barrels since March of 2024. Thanks for your update on Bullberry Legacy.

I don't have a dog in this fight, and this is not intended as legal advice, but the statute of limitations appears to be 4 years in Utah under their version of the UCC. It can be extended by an acknowledgement of the debt in writing. If he makes any promise to reimburse you, it may be prudent to get that in writing.
