I just forwarded the info to the Utah consumer protection agency investigator assigned to my case with the company name and phone number.
Kyode I spoke to Troy this evening. He said he would call you too when i told him you had been waiting 2 years.. Basically his help quit and he got in over his head with the work load and financially. He wants to complete orders or refund money as he can but it will take time. He is working another job to help get back on his feet. I asked him to put something on his website to let folks know what's going on and what he plans to do. He is not in Hildale.

Clark... I am thinking about hiring an attorney myself. In March of 2024 I sent Troy a 619.00 deposit for 2 Encore barrels. I was able to contact Troy around September/2024. Troy informed me that I would have to wait about another 2 months for my barrels. I have been unable to contact Troy since September/2024. It appears Troy closed shop, kept everyone's parts and went into hiding. Troy still has his Bullberry Legacy website active with no info regarding closing shop, returning money and parts, ect.

niteman,,,, thank you for the info regarding Troy Swyers. He owes me 619.00 or 2 Encore barrels. He must owe his customers tens of thousands of dollars and parts including firearms receivers.

Contender1.... I agree with you. Fred, Jean and September treated their customers like family. They would be very upset if they knew Troy Swyers/Bullberry Legacy would turn out to be a scumbag and thief.

The amount is to small for an attorney, so look up how the small claims count work in that area. They should have what paper work needs to be filled on their website and you can also ask to be reimbursed for any court cost along with your deposit. He will be served ether by mail, the sheriff or county agent.

Hi nitemann. I just read your post to Kyode regarding Troy Swyers/Bullberry Legacy. Troy also owes me 619.00 for an order of 2 T/C Encore barrels since March/2024. May I ask you how you were able to contact him? The number at Bullberry Legacy is dead and I try to contact him thru his cell phone at least once a week with no luck. His cell phone just goes to voice mail which is full. I would like to speak to him in person myself. As far as Troy's hard luck story.... I am not buying it. Thank you for the info.
